We are Italian based wood fired pizzeria. Our dough is made of using natural ingredients Caputo 00 flour, natural yeast and salt. And it is fermented for at least 48 hours, which gives the dough the authentic texture.We cook our pizza in Authentic Italian Wood Fired Oven at 400 degree Celsius.
Our sauces are traditional homemade, the recipe that has been passed from generation to generation and that what makes us proud to bring traditional food on the table.
We make everything out of scratch.
From the moment I walked through the door all staff were extremely inviting. They were also happy to accomodate to dietary needs and requests.
The food was extremely fresh and tasty, you could tell the chef puts a lot of effort and passion into his food! The best bruschetta I have ever had 😍
